Yoga Primary and Kindergarten Students ( ages 3-6 years old)
Yoga for children provides movement and stretches while building muscle tone and stimulating the internal organs to function properly. Both Montessori and yoga build peace from the inside as they calm and center the children helping them to focus better.
We want the children to be successful in order to build self-esteem so the poses are modified and sequenced to give the children the tools to do them successfully. Like the Montessori work the emphasis is on the process not the end product.
